What You'll Be Doing

Part time role 3 days a week (including Saturdays) with potential to transition to full time in the future.
Managing leasing inspections, rental enquiries and applications
Conducting ingoing, routine and vacating inspections with detailed reporting
Supporting Property Managers and BDMs across their portfolios
Being an essential part of a fast-moving, high-performing team

What We're Looking For
Victorian Agents Representative Certificate
Exceptional organisation, communication and customer service skills
A reliable vehicle (essential — you'll be out and about)
Resilience, initiative and a genuine eagerness to learn
Experience with Inspection Express or Inspect Real Estate is a bonus — not a dealbreaker
Fluency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese? Even better

Real estate experience? Excellent. No experience but bags of drive? We want to hear from you.
