Western Health is seeking an Allied Health Assistant Grade 2 to join the Rapid Allied Health team. Based at Sunshine & Footscray Hospitals with travel to At Home services as required, you will support therapy programs and patient-centred care across home-based and community services.
You will work under supervision of Allied Health specialists, contribute to creative care models, and help prevent avoidable hospital presentations while keeping patients safely at home.
