We are partnering with a well-established Australian manufacturer specialising in high-quality plastic packaging solutions within the food and beverage industry.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are currently seeking reliable Packers for a short-term assignment (1–3 months) in a fast-paced food-plastics manufacturing workplace. This role is ideal for candidates who are available to commit to consistent weekday work and can support production operations during this period.
SHIFT AVAILABLE & RATE
Morning Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM | Night Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Monday – Friday
Pay Rate: $35.43/hour + super | $44.71/hour + super
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Pack PET and HDPE bottles, containers, caps, and lids from the production line.
Inspect finished products for quality issues and ensure products meet standards.
Pack products into cartons, seal boxes, and palletise finished goods.
Maintain a clean and protected production area.
Remove excess plastic scrap and support general production duties.
Assist the production team to meet daily targets.
Follow all workplace health and safety procedures.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
Previous experience in packing, production, or manufacturing is highly regarded.
Reliable and available to work Monday to Friday.
Ability to commit to a short-term assignment of 1–3 months.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling tasks.
Reliable transport.
Good communication skills and a positive team attitude.
