We are busy Medical Centre located in Craigieburn and currently recruiting an Experienced Registered and Enrolled Nurse to join our friendly team
As a Registered/Enrolled Nurse, you will play a key role in supporting our GPs and ensuring exceptional patient experiences. Your responsibilities will include:
Conducting triage and coordinating patient flow
Immunisations and wound care
Chronic disease management and care plans
ECGs and other clinical procedures
Assisting with minor procedures
Maintaining clinical documentation and infection control standards
Maintaining infection control and cold chain protocols
Supporting quality improvement initiatives
What We’re Looking For
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered/ Enrolled Nurse
Experience in general practice or primary care preferred
Solid clinical judgement and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A warm, patientfocused approach
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
Commitment to maintaining high standards of care and compliance
Knowledge of Best Practice software preferred.
This is permanent part time /full time and attractive hourly rate would be paid to correct candidate.
