In the capacity of Engineering & SDLC Director, you will oversee and advance engineering methodologies and software delivery lifecycle governance, ensuring that technology solutions are delivered consistently, meet quality standards, and effectively manage risks.
What you'll do
Direct the evolution of engineering practices to ensure high-quality delivery of technology solutions.
Establish and enforce governance frameworks that support the software delivery lifecycle, ensuring compliance with standards and risk management protocols.
Requirements
A minimum of 10 years of experience in software engineering or related fields.
Proven track record in leading software development teams and managing delivery processes.
Strong understanding of software development methodologies and lifecycle management.
Relevant degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Skills & tools
Proficiency in Agile and DevOps methodologies.
Familiarity with cloud platforms and up-to-date software development tools.
Experience with risk management and quality assurance processes.
Robust leadership and communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
