ThompsonCook, a growing FMCG business, is seeking a Finance Operations Manager to lead a finance team across two manufacturing sites in Melbourne's Northern suburbs. You will partner with Operations to drive performance and cost excellence.

Reporting to the GM Finance, you will own the P&L; and budget for the division, develop financial models, provide insights to senior leadership, and coach a team of finance officers in a rapid-paced, cooperative workplace.
