We’re currently looking for a friendly, compassionate, and proactive Senior Medical Receptionist to join our team on a full-time basis. You’ll be the first point of contact for patients accessing our virtual care service, helping to create a smooth and supportive experience.
Full time: 38 hours per week
Shift Schedule: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm

What You’ll Do
Provide exceptional customer service to patients via phone, email,
and online chat
Schedule virtual appointments and coordinate with clinicians
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Assist with administrative tasks to support clinical and operations teams
Help patients navigate their care journey with empathy and efficiency
Who This Role Would Suit
Someone with previous experience in a medical reception or customer service role (essential)
Previous experience with Medical Director practice management system
A strong communicator with outstanding attention to detail
Tech-savvy and comfortable using digital health platforms
Passionate about improving healthcare access for all Australians
