This is a full-time Customer Liaison Officer role for a leading Offroad RV & Campervan business with national reach. A energetic and growing company, as the Customer Liaison Officer, you will play a crucial part in delivering exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

After sales management and customer contact point

Providing prompt and professional assistance to customers via phone, email and in-person enquiries

Handling customer complaints and concerns in a courteous and efficient manner

Updating customer information and maintaining detailed records in our CRM system

Collaborating with the sales and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience

Contributing to the development of customer service policies and procedures

Identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience and suggesting improvements





What we're looking for

At least 2 years of experience in a customer service or client liaison role, preferably in the Campervan or Automotive industry.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers

Solid problem-solving and conflict resolution skills

A positive, friendly and helpful attitude with a genuine passion for customer service

Familiarity with the industry and an understanding of consumer trends and expectations
