What you need:
Minimum 3 years of early childhood teaching experience
Strong curriculum and documentation capability
VIT registration (or ability to obtain)
A secure, supportive team and excellent conditions make this a standout role.
To be considered, you must have full VIT teaching rights, at least 2 years of full time teaching experience and live locally to the area.

Suitable applicants must have the following:
Qualification or Bachelor of Early Childhood
Level 2 First Aid, Anaphylaxis and Asthma certificate
Victorian Institute of Teaching card.
Right to work in Australia
A minimum 3 years of teaching experience

You will also be required to:

Report directly to your Centre Manager and attend regular monthly meetings.

Essential skills and competencies
Experience and knowledge of early childhood development and education.
Communicate effectively with Senior Management, parents, other staff and professionals.
Ability to work cooperatively, flexibly, and professionally with children, parents, staff and Senior Management.
Robust leadership and self-motivation skills
