EXPERIENCED BUTCHERS - FOOD PRODUCTION - MILPERRA ) Milperra, Sydney, Australia

Labourpower is currently recruiting for 5 EXPERIENCE PRODUCTION BUTCHERS to join a leading specialitymeats manufacturer in Milperra.

Our client is a leader in the speciality small goods industry and is building their teams to meet demand. They are seeking reliable and experienced butchers who are looking for a long-term employment and career opportunities.

Hours: Monday to Friday 6:00am-4:00pm

To be successful for this role you will need:
Bandsaw operation and advanced butchery duties
Deboning, trimming and knife work
Meat processing experience including mincing, mixing and weighing.
Excellent employment history within the industry
Strong understanding of HACCP, Food Safety and Hygiene guidelines
Solid understanding of Workplace Health and Safety




Experience working in temperature-controlled environments
Stock receipt and dispatch
