headspace Knox, part of Each, seeks a Senior Mental Health Coordinator to lead clinical oversight and direct work with young people aged 12–25 facing mental health challenges. You will guide a multidisciplinary team, support intake and brief intervention, and drive high-quality practice and partnerships with families and carers.

You will oversee risk assessments, decision-making, and service development while fostering a youth-friendly, inclusive culture across the region.
