Altius Group is seeking a Registered Psychologist to join its PeopleSense team, delivering field-based psychological support after workplace distress or trauma. The role involves in office and telehealth first aid, with a focus on stabilisation, recovery, and practical guidance for managers.

You will join a highly supported, specialist team, contributing to EAP counselling, wellbeing initiatives, and occasional assessments while traveling regionally, including overnight stays.
