Hugo Personnel is partnering with a reputable not-for-profit organisation in Richmond to recruit an Executive Assistant to the General Manager HR. This 3-month contract offers a hybrid work arrangement with a mix of EA and HR administration duties, plus WFH one day per week after training.

You will manage a complex diary, coordinate travel, support onboarding and HR operations, track priorities, and prepare reports and board papers.
