Lake Imaging in Ballarat is seeking a friendly and qualified patient-facing receptionist to join our Booking Centre. This permanent full time role handles inbound calls, bookings and pre-visit requirements in a busy radiology setting.
You’ll use your outstanding communication and computer skills to support patients, liaise with clinical and support staff, and ensure accurate fee quotes and appointment scheduling across sites. RIS/PACS experience is highly regarded.
