Seeking for a Despatch Clerk in Altona North.
Located in Altona North (Western Suburbs).
Day Shift Available.
Monday to Friday.

Our client located in Altona North are the world’s leading independent multi-brand automotive distributor. The Altona site is for vehicle logistics storage, vehicles preparation, detailing and despatching. They are seeking for a Despatch clerk to join the team on a casual basis, working Monday to Friday, ongoing for the right candidate.

Successful applicants must have reliable transport, full work rights to work in Australia, and available to work Monday - Friday, on going employment.

Key Responsibilities
Scheduling and coordination.
Documentation and record keeping.
Handle various administrative duties such as managing emails, picking slips and administrative reports.
Monitor and track the status and location of deliveries.
Inventory management.
Ensure all dispatch operations comply with company policies and procedures.
Monitor outgoing shipments.





Qualifications / Experience
Strong organisational and multi - tasking skills.
Must successfully pass a police check.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Robust attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced workplace.
Computer proficiency.
