The Chance:
Sitting at the centre of the firm's day-to-day operations, this hands-on role see you lead and support an administration team while remaining actively involved in the practical delivery of business services coordination and facilities support. This is not a purely desk-based management role as you'll be on the front-line in foreseeing issues before they arise, supporting your team on the ground and ensuring the workplace runs smoothly.

You'll be confident managing competing priorities, building robust relationships across the business, and balancing operational detail with team leadership.

Essential Requirements:
A minimum of five years' experience in a similar Office Manager/Supervisor role within a law firm or professional services environment




Proven people leadership experience
A hands-on leadership style, working alongside the team rather than operating purely at a management level

Key Responsibilities:
Leading the day-to-day operation of the administration function, including direct management of reception and legal administration staff
Actively supporting the team during busy periods to ensure service levels and workflows are maintained
Managing workflow, performance, training and ongoing development across the team
Acting as the key point of contact for building management and facilities requests
Coordinating office services, suppliers and contractors
Managing event coordination and associated budgets
Responding to operational requests from partners and staff across the firm
Overseeing onboarding, induction and training for recent team members
