Anytime Fitness Hoppers Crossing is searching for a motivated Personal Trainer who wants more than access to a gym floor.

You will be joining an established club with an active membership base and genuine opportunities to build relationships with people who need professional coaching, accountability and support.

From your first weeks in the club, you will receive structured onboarding, practical business coaching and explicit guidance on how to convert member engagement into paying clients.

What success looks like

You will deliver high-quality coaching while becoming an active and trusted presence within the club. You will speak with members, conduct consultations, follow up opportunities and create programs that keep clients engaged and progressing.

You will not be handed a full client list overnight. You will be given the environment, systems and coaching to build one properly.

What we are looking for
Certificate III and IV in Fitness, or currently studying
First Aid and CPR, or the ability to obtain them
Confidence starting conversations and building rapport
A proactive, reliable and skilled attitude
A genuine desire to operate your own PT business
