This role offers an exceptional career opportunity for a self-motivated and talented Legal Assistant to work close to home in Dandenong in a long-standing and highly regarded Law Firm.

Supporting a Senior Associate and Lawyer in a wide range of Personal Injury matters, including WorkCover, TAC and Abuse Law, you'll enjoy a busy and wide-ranging role as well as the chance to use your initiative and take on additional responsibilities.

Duties
preparation of legal documents and general correspondence
diary management and arranging appointments
prepare and collate Court documents
management of client files




extensive client liaison
preparation of bills and assisting with associated costs

Skills and experience
at least two years experience as a legal assistant in Personal Injury Law or litigation
excellent communication skills and a strong client service focus
a sound knowledge of MS Office
the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
