Your Day-to-Day

Working closely with two experienced Property Managers, you'll assist in the management of a residential portfolio of approximately 450 properties while developing your knowledge across all areas of property management.



Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting with the day-to-day management of a residential portfolio
Conducting routine and ingoing inspections
Taking photos for new listings
Preparing rental applications and lease documentation
Lease sign-ups
General office administration and customer service
Supporting the Property Management team with daily operations

About You

We're looking for someone who is motivated, skilled, and eager to build a successful career in real estate. You will have:
A current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
Solid communication and customer service skills
Excellent organisational and time management abilities
A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Entry-level or junior real estate experience is welcomed, but attitude and a genuine desire to learn are what matter most!
