Royal Freemasons Footscray Residential Aged Care Facility is seeking Resident Wellbeing Assistants to support residents' social, emotional, cultural, physical and spiritual wellbeing through engaging activities and meaningful interactions.
Reporting to the Lifestyle Coordinator, you will deliver person-centred care, assist with lifestyle programs, and promote independence while following care plans and standards. Fluency in Vietnamese and/or Chinese is highly regarded.
