The Far Post is located at the home of football on the Northern Beaches – Cromer Park. The venue provides an outdoor deck to watch weekly football games, an indoor function space and a bar open 7 days a week.

The Far Post is looking for a hands‑on Bar and Event Supervisor to elevate our member experience. This role blends operational supervision, event execution, and team leadership in a relaxing and welcoming setting.

What You Will Do:
Lead:Direct, train, and motivate a small, dedicated front‑of‑house team.
Bar Operations:Oversees inventory management, including precise ordering and routine stocktakes.Manage weekly rosters, authorise timesheets and produce square reporting.
Create Events:Set up, run,



and oversee club functions and member events.
Ensure Excellence:Maintain high service standards, compliance, and a welcoming clubhouse atmosphere.

What We Are Looking For:
Proven experience in a bar, club, or hospitality role.
Strong organisational skills to handle stock control and event logistics.
A positive, inspiring leadership style that brings out the best in the team.
Flexibility to work rosters across our core hours.
Weekend availability is essential.
