Port Migration is looking for a new or experienced Registered Migration Agent to join our growing team based in our Port Melbourne office. Be part of a high performing team providing exceptional service and a strong track record of successful migration outcomes to clients across Australia and around the world.
The successful applicant will manage a family visa case load specialising in Partner Visas including Subclass 820/801, 309/100 and 300.
Key Responsibilities
Provide clear, accurate and skilled migration advice
Prepare, review and lodge visa applications and supporting documents
Manage a family visa case load
Maintain solid client relationships
Maintain thorough and up to date knowledge of current Partner Visa policy and legislation
Requirements
Current MARA Registration essential
Passion for assisting Partner Visa applicants, managing a family visa case load and capacity to build strong client relationships
Demonstrated outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated outstanding organisation and time management skills
Ability to meet deadlines, prioritise and solve problems
Strong attention to detail and record keeping skills
Proficiency in LEGENDcom and Microsoft Office including Microsoft Teams
No previous experience required
