HR Expertise is seeking an experienced medical receptionist to support our growing clinics at Hoppers Crossing, Altona, and St Albans. This full time role runs 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday, with a competitive hourly salary.
You will handle day-to-day clinic administration, manage patient appointments, oversee Medicare/DVA and private billing, notify patients of changes, maintain consulting rooms and waiting areas, and support recent patient registrations as part of a cooperative team.
