About the Role

As a Membership Consultant, you’ll be responsible for driving membership growth, delivering exceptional customer service, and supporting the day-to-day operations of the club.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct club tours and convert enquiries into memberships
Build strong relationships with members and prospects
Follow up leads and manage enquiries via phone, email, and in-person
Maintain a clean, secure,



and welcoming club environment
Assist with marketing initiatives and community outreach
Support member retention through engagement and service

About You
Confident, outgoing, and people-focused personality
Solid communication and sales skills
Passion for fitness, health, and wellbeing
Self-motivated with a positive, can-do attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Previous sales or customer service experience (preferred but not essential)

Availability
15–20 hours per week (mainly Saturday's & Sunday's)
Must be available to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
