We are looking for a full-time Monday to Friday, experienced AN-ACC Coordinator.Embracia Moonee Valley is a 141 bed home which offers residential aged care, respite care and specialised dementia care. You will work in a beautiful environment thatfeels like home for our residents, while offering state-of-the-art innovations that support you to focus on quality care outcomes for our residents.

We need an RNwho has-
Aged care experience
A strong understandingof AN-ACC
Knowledge of Accreditation and local government standards
Consultative approach with residents, staff, colleagues and other stakeholders
Ability to provide staff training and coaching
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with assessments and documentation and attention to details
Experience working in a person-centred care workplace
Competence with IT systems (iCare desirable) and willingness to learn recent systems
Current AHPRA registration
Current police check
