What you’ll be doing
Managing leasing enquiries and conducting inspections
Handling tenant onboarding and lease handovers
Handle maintenance requests
Building strong tenant relationships and resolving enquiries
Carry out routine inspections

About you




Minimum 12 months’ experience in residential Real Estate
PM or leasing experience highly regarded
Robust communication and organisation skills
Certificate of Registration required
Own car and valid drivers license
Confident using PropertyMe, TAPI, Inspection Manager (or similar)

What’s on offer
Up to $80,000 + Car allowance
Monday–Friday only (no weekends)
Pod structure with VA/admin support
