About the role:

Due to continual growth within our company, we are currently looking for an Estimator with sound knowledge in Estimating to join our energetic team on a full time basis.

The successful applicant will join a hard working team with a strong commitment to providing quality service.

Some of the key responsibilities include:
Ensure relationships with internal and external customers, supervisors, suppliers, trades people, agents and contractors are maintained and improved
Produce Purchase / Work orders and quantity take-offs in a timely manner
Provide margin reports




Request and interpret quotations
Ensure jobs are cost effective and profitable
Assist in Workflow of jobs in production
Management of BOQ's

To be considered, you should possess:
Minimum of 1 years' experience in an estimating role
Previous experience in the building industry is a must
Qualification in Building / Construction and/or trade experience is highly desirable
Working knowledge of the Building and Construction process
Exposure to estimating systems is highly advantageous
Ability to prioritise, multi-task and meet deadlines
Self-motivated and desire to succeed
Solid work ethic and attention to detail
Exceptional time management skills
Ability to solve problems in a logical and systematic manner
