This is a full-time position, reporting to the Chief Medical Imaging Technologist (MIT). You will work Monday to Friday, with 8-hour shifts rostered between 8:30am and 5:30pm.
Role Overview
Performing General X-Ray, CT and Mammography examinations while delivering exceptional patient care.
Collaborating closely with clerical and technical staff, Radiologists, and referring clinicians.
Assisting the Radiologist with interventional procedures where required.
This prospect offers excellent career development, with ongoing learning prospects and the potential to further expand your skills across additional imaging modalities. CT experience is highly regarded but not essential, with training available for the right candidate.
What We're Looking For
Current AHPRA registration and EPA Radiation Licence.
Mammography experience is highly regarded (or a willingness to undertake training).
CT experience is desirable but not essential.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a supportive team.
