YSAS Youth Support and Advocacy Service in Ringwood, VIC, is seeking a Youth Worker (Reconnect) to deliver outreach services to young people aged 12–18 (up to 21 for recent arrivals) and their families. The role focuses on counselling, group work, mediation and practical support to prevent homelessness.

After hours work may be required. The successful candidate will have experience with complex needs, engage families using solution‑focused approaches, and collaborate with schools and community
