Kingston Con is a leading architectural carpentry company delivering some of Melbourne's most impressive residential projects, with build values ranging from $5M-$40M.

We are looking for an experienced carpenter to join our growing team and help deliver exceptional outcomes across a range of high-end residential projects.

This role is suited to someone who takes pride in their workmanship, communicates well, works proactively, and enjoys being part of a skilled team that values quality above all else.

What You'll Be Working On
High-end architectural homes
Complex and detailed carpentry work
Structural framing and lock-up
Cladding and external finishes
Premium fit-off and finishing carpentry
Varied projects with leading builders, architects and trades

What We're Looking For
Qualified Carpenter
Minimum 3 years post-trade experience
Robust residential construction experience
High attention to detail and quality workmanship
Ability to work independently and think ahead
Strong communication and problem-solving skills




Reliable, professional and team-focused attitude
Full tool kit
