Western Health is seeking an experienced Social Worker to join The Orange Door in Brimbank Melton. This role provides specialist assessment, risk assessment, safety planning and intervention to adults, children and families experiencing or using family violence.

Working within a multidisciplinary workplace, you will collaborate with partner agencies to deliver high-quality, client-centred services that improve safety, wellbeing and outcomes for vulnerable members of the community.
