We're looking for a driven Area Manager to lead our merchandising team and deliver solid sales outcomes across the Inner south territory (spanning Peninsula and South/East areas) on a 12-month parental leave contract, commencing 1 September2026.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll balance people management, sales performance and customer relationships in a quick-paced environment.

The Role
Lead, coach and develop a team of Merchandisers
Drive sales performance and in-store execution across your region
Build and maintain solid relationships with retail customers
Manage rosters, labour budgets and day-to-day operations
Monitor performance and identify opportunities for improvement

About You
Proven experience leading teams in retail, sales or merchandising
Strong customer focus and ability to build relationships
Well organised with solid planning and problem-solving skills
Resilient, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced role
Available to work a Tuesday-Saturday roster
