About the Prospect

A senior leadership chance has become available for an experienced commercial leader to oversee and grow a national Community Care division. The role will lead a field-based sales team, take ownership of divisional performance and implement strategies to drive revenue growth, with full P&L; responsibility for the business unit.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute the commercial strategy for the Community Care division, delivering revenue growth and broader market penetration.
Lead, coach and develop a team of field-based sales professionals, driving accountability against agreed targets and KPIs.
Oversee divisional budgets, forecasting, pipeline management and operational performance.




Build and maintain strong relationships with occupational therapists, providers, strategic partners and other stakeholders across the community care and NDIS sectors.
Work cross-functionally with marketing, customer service, finance, procurement and operations to improve customer outcomes and divisional performance.

Skills and Experience
Significant senior leadership experience within community care, ideally in rehabilitation or assistive technology.
Proven experience leading and growing a sales team.
Solid understanding of the NDIS, community care market and relevant customer and provider networks.
Demonstrated experience managing budgets, forecasting, and commercial performance.
A strategic, commercially minded and people-focused leadership style, with strong coaching, stakeholder management and change leadership capabilities.
