Mello House - an invitation-only social and cultural Club for creatively minded individuals to connect, learn, and be inspired. Mello House provides a sanctuary for Members to treat as their own, delivering an engaging blend of home, hospitality and office.

About the role

Mello House seeks for an experienced, enthusiastic and adaptable floor staff to join their team. They will be an industry qualified with extensive knowledge and a true passion for customer service. This role will be offered on either a Casual or Part-Time basis.

The ideal candidate will have:




Ability to deliver seamless food and beverage service
Genuine passion for providing exceptional customer-focused service
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Flexibility to work across a range of shifts (primarily mornings)
Current RSA and Food Safety certification required
Knowledge of coffee, with a basic understanding of bar service and wines
Previous experience as a floor waiter in a restaurant setting
