Paid Media Strategy & Execution. Full-funnel managementof Google andMeta ad accounts; leading strategy, rapidcreative testing andcontinuous performanceoptimisation
Email & Lifecycle.



Build and optimiseKlaviyo flows andtargeted campaigns thatdrive repeat purchases
Translating Data. Leverage raw performancedata into actionablecampaigniterations
Website & Conversion. Optimise landing pagesand CVR continuouslytrending upward
Creative calls. Knowing when atest beats waitingon the fullproduction, and briefingthe bigger stuffproperly when itcounts

About you
A track recordin performance marketing, with hands-onexperience in strategicplanning and hands-on execution runningMeta Ads Managerand Google Ads
Robust ability toanalyse performance anduse data-drivenapproaches to optimisingcampaigns
You're a lifecycleand eCommerce nativewith hands-onexperiencedriving customer retentionthrough Klaviyo (orsimilar) andmanaging day-to-day operations inShopify.
