A leading family run manufacturer is currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Electrician to join their team at a state-of-the-art facility located in Penrith. This is a full-time, Morning or Afternoon shift position running Monday to Friday.

The Role

As a Maintenance Electrician, you’ll play a key role in maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving automated electrical systems and equipment within a fast-paced, high-technology setting.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform preventative and breakdown maintenance on electrical and control systems across automated equipment.
Diagnose and repair electrical faults on conveyors, motors, sensors, PLC-controlled systems, and other plant machinery.




Assist with the installation, wiring, and commissioning of recent equipment and system upgrades.
Conduct electrical safety testing and inspections in accordance with relevant standards.
Maintain accurate service and maintenance documentation.
Work collaboratively with mechanical and automation teams to ensure equipment reliability and uptime.
Comply with all electrical safety regulations and company quality standards.

About You
Trade qualified Electrical Fitter / Electrician (Cert III or equivalent).
Demonstrated experience in a manufacturing, automation, or industrial maintenance workplace.
Solid knowledge of electrical systems, control panels, and fault-finding techniques.
Commitment to safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics.
