The Successful Candidate Should Possess




Current NSW RSA (essential if over 18 serving Alcohol)
Current NSW RCG (essential if Over 18 working in the Bar)
Experience in some aspect of bar tending, gaming operations or general club operations (desirable but training will be provided)
Robust customer service and engagement skillsStrong inter-personal and communication skills
Impeccable presentation and grooming consistent with the C.ex staff grooming policy
Knowledge of WH&S; & Protected Food Handling
Transportation to get you to and from work
Flexible availability to work weekends and nights.
