The Role

As a Senior Accountant, you’ll be hands‑on with client work while leading and mentoring a motivated group of accountants.

Day‑to‑day responsibilities
Oversee the compliance needs of a portfolio of active business clients
Manage client engagements and deliver practical, commercial advice
Build and nurture robust client relationships
Manage workflow, delegate tasks, and keep productivity on track
Mentor and support junior team members

A Little About You
5+ years’ experience in Business Services / Tax
Prior experience managing clients and junior staff members (preferred)
CA/CPA qualifications completed or nearing completion
Commercial problem‑solving ability with a proactive mindset
Solid knowledge of Australian taxation law, compliance, and accounting standards
Solid understanding of business structuring and tax planning (advantageous)
