Requirements
Advanced CAD/CAM design and digital workflow expertise (exocAD or equivalent)
Proficiency in porcelain layering, digital techniques, and lifelike results
Experience finishing, staining,



and glazing e.max and zirconia restorations with a keen artistic eye
Ability to manage complex prosthodontic and implant cases, including All‑on‑4 and digital workflows
Commitment to maintaining the highest laboratory quality control standards
Collaboration with clinicians and coordinators to achieve seamless outcomes
Continuous learning and innovation in dental ceramics and digital processes
