You must have Australian vocational qualifications, at least to the level or above and in addition to this you must hold one of the following credentials
TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessmentplusthe following units:
either TAELLN411 or TAELLN401A,and




either TAEASS502 or TAEASS502A or TAEASS502B
Able to work independently and autonomously in a fast-paced workplace.
Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office
Demonstrate excellent planning, organisational, decision making and negotiation skills with an ability to meet deadlines and operate autonomously
Demonstrate knowledge of the VET, CRICOS and ESOS Act and related regulations and government policies
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Sound knowledge of the Standards for RTO's 2015, National Code 2018, NVR requirements and ESOS Act 2000
Reporting to your line manager and maintaining compliance requirements in accordance with college Policy and Procedures.
Participating in audit, validation and moderation activities.
Ensure professional development is continuously maintained
