What you'll do
Provide personalized service to high-end clientele, ensuring a memorable shopping experience.
Foster solid relationships with customers, understanding their preferences and needs to enhance loyalty.
Requirements
A minimum of 3 years of experience in luxury retail or a similar client-facing role.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering outstanding customer service.
Robust communication skills and an ability to engage with a diverse clientele.
A background in luxury goods, particularly jewellery or watches, is highly desirable.
Nice to have
Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with international clients.
Previous experience in a high-end boutique setting is advantageous.
