As we continue to scale, we’re looking for a Barber Educator who takes pride in teaching, mentoring, and developing the next generation of barbers.

About the Role

This is a hands‑on education role where you’ll train and mentor students through structured academy programs. You won’t be cutting walk‑ins or chasing numbers — your focus is delivering quality education and solid outcomes.

You’ll work with small class sizes, clear systems, and leadership that values excellence.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver practical barber training (fading, scissor work, razor work,



consultations)
Demonstrate techniques clearly and confidently
Mentor students through skill development and assessments
Maintain academy standards and classroom structure
Provide feedback that helps students improve quickly
Support a positive, disciplined learning setting

What We’re Looking For
5+ years barbering experience
Strong technical ability and consistency
Confident communicator with leadership presence
Passion for teaching and mentoring
Professional, reliable, and organised
Previous training or mentoring experience (preferred but not essential)
