We are currently searching for a Service Manager to lead the workshop at TeamMoto Caringbah.

OTE of $75,000-$90,000 per year

The role:
Work closely with the Dealer Principal to ensure the successful operation of the service department




Manage all day to day operations in a busy workshop
Ensure workshop is operating at optimum capacity and KPI's are achieved
Liaise with the Parts Manager to ensure timelines are met
Provide best possible customer service at all times whilst leading a team of technicians.

About you:
Experienced Service Manager or Advisor in automotive or motorcycles.
Exceptional customer service and people management skills.
Technical knowledge and theability to interpret.
Reliable and enthusiastic with a robust work ethic able to motivate and support your team of mechanics.
Passionate about motorcycles.
Motorcycle / Auto Technical experience a must in this role
