We are looking for a highly motivated and experience Pre-Owned Sales Consultant to join our agile team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional level of customer service and professionalism ensuring that the customer makes the right choice for their motoring needs.

About the role:
Delivering exceptional customer service and experience
Prospecting new customers
Ensuring all lead enquires are followed up
Manage the delivery process and post-sales customer journey

To be considered for the role, you must have:

A resourceful willingness to generate leads
Ability to work as part of the team
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Understand customer requirements and tailor fit them to the perfect Mercedes-Benz
Current driver's licence
