Reporting to the Facility Manager, you will be responsible for managing rosters and recruitment at Clarendon Grange. You will be the first point of contact for all staff with regards to their employment. This role is the perfect chance for a recent HR graduate to gain experience with HR tasks including award interpretation, recruitment, performance and leave management.

This is a fast paced and dynamic role that will utilise your exceptional organisational and relationship skills. You will need to be adaptable, adaptable to change and thrive on problem solving. You must demonstrate the ability to build and maintain relationships with staff, as a key part of this role involves people management.

14-month Fixed Term Full-Time position.
