Quest Cheltenham is seeking a motivated Front Office Reception / Guest Services Agent to join our small, agile team on a casual basis. The role covers guest check-in/check-out, enquiries, local information, and cooperation with sales, operations, and events.
RSA is preferred and a willingness to obtain is acceptable. The position requires availability across rostered hours including evenings, weekends and public holidays, with 3 shifts per week minimum.
