Your Role
As our Logistics Coordinator, you’ll play a key part in logistics locally and globally, process orders and general office operations.
Your responsibilities will include:
Process domestic orders including NZ
Coordinate with 3PL companies for logistics
Prepare and Place Purchase orders to overseas factory
Managing and responding to emails
Overseeing day-to-day inventory levels
Using Xero to input inward stock
Talent Profile
We’re looking for someone who brings energy, precision, and a collaborative spirit. The ideal candidate will have:
1–2 years of experience in logistics
Familiarity with Xero (preferred)
Strong MS Office skills
Excellent communication skills
Great time management and teamwork abilities
