The Big Group in Melbourne is seeking a Production Dispatch Chef to coordinate labeling, sorting, and dispatch of all foods from our Production Kitchen. The role requires meticulous organization and the ability to ensure stock accuracy, quality, and on-time pickup during major events from August to March.
You will liaise with chefs and event leaders to resolve issues, maintain FIFO storage, and uphold HACCP and WHS standards throughout the production process.
