As a Blaster & Painter , you will prepare surfaces using abrasive blasting techniques and apply industrial protective coatings, delivering high-quality finishes that meet our standards. You'll work as part of a dedicated team committed to achieving exceptional results safely and on time.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform abrasive blasting on various surfaces and materials




Apply industrial protective coatings using airless spray, conventional spray, brush and roller
Prepare surfaces for coating in accordance with project specifications
Operate and maintain blasting and painting equipment safely and efficiently
Inspect finished work to ensure quality standards are met
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Collaborate with team members to meet production targets

What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in abrasive blasting and/or industrial painting preferred
Experience applying protective coatings is highly regarded
Ability to work day or night shifts reliably
Robust attention to detail and commitment to quality
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Willingness to follow strict safety protocols
