We are seeking an experiencedTeam Leader to oversee a large administrative team supporting patient services. This hands-on leadership role focuses on people management, rostering, operational support, and delivering an exceptional patient experience.

About the Role
Lead and support a team of Patient Access Officers
Manage rostering, workflow coordination, and daily operations
Provide coaching, conflict resolution, and performance support
Liaise with patients and internal stakeholders
Drive a positive, collaborative, and customer-focused culture

About You
Proven experience leading administrative or patient-facing teams
Robust people leadership and stakeholder management skills
Background in healthcare administration (hospital, clinic, GP, specialist or similar)
Experience with Microsoft Office, Teams, and SharePoint
Adaptable, approachable, and passionate about team development
